This class is designed for children ages 12-Up holding the rank of Green Belt or Higher, as well as Teens and Adults of All Levels. Students will be taught the requirements needed for advancement in ITF Taekwon-Do in a fun, safe environment! Emphasis is placed on the tenets of Taekwon-Do: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitible Spirit. All classes are based around the elements in the physical composition of Taekwon-Do: Fundamental Exercises, Patterns, Sparring, Conditioning, and Self-Defense.
